Tri’ing to End ALS 2025 – Donation Form

50% of the funds raised in each province/territory by Mike and Donna’s fundraiser will go towards that region’s ALS Society’s patient services programs, and the remaining 50% will go to ALS research and clinical trials through PROJECT HOPE at the University of British Columbia.
