ALS BC 2023 GivingTuesday Movement

The ALS Society of British Columbia takes part in GivingTuesday, which is the world’s largest generosity movement. It encourages individuals and organizations to give back to their communities and support causes close to their hearts. 

The society’s involvement in GivingTuesday is in line with its values of providing the best possible quality of life for those who face the daily challenges of diminishing mobility and independence due to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and Primary Lateral Sclerosis (PLS) in British Columbia and the Yukon through our Robert R. Heinrich Equipment Loan Program, by providing essential equipment support, which is loaned free to registered patients. The program aims to alleviate the burden on patients by providing them with the necessary equipment.
