FUNDRAISING PROGRESS

As part of the world’s largest generosity movement, the ALS Society of British Columbia is excited to announce its participation in GivingTuesday, celebrated on December 3rd, 2024. This global day of giving encourages individuals and organizations to unite and support causes close to their hearts.

In the lead-up to GivingTuesday on December 3rd, we’re dedicated to raising $300,000.00 for the Robert R. Heinrich Equipment Loan Program. This program provides basic and essential assistive devices, including advanced technology such as robotic feeding devices, at no charge to individuals living with ALS and PLS in BC and the Yukon, improving their quality of life and independence and reducing the financial burden. Your support is crucial in helping us reach this ambitious goal before the end of the campaign.

There are various ways to get involved: directly donating, spreading the word with friends and family, or sharing our campaign on social media. Your contributions will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by ALS or PLS. Please join us on GivingTuesday and be part of a movement that creates a hopeful future.
