Bob Bryant

Bob was born in Vancouver and grew up in Richmond BC. He moved to Surrey in 1983 to raise a family where he currently lives with his wife Karen of 43 years.
He has two adult children and four grandchildren.
Bob graduated from BCIT with a diploma in Building Technology in 1982 and went on to work in the real estate development industry managing construction activities in the residential market. His focus and expertise has been mainly in Multi family residential construction. He has built many projects in Calgary and Whistler but mostly in the Lower Mainland.
His final position for the last 15 years was with Polygon Homes Ltd where he was Senior Vice President of Construction. At Polygon he oversaw  the construction of approximately 10,000 homes and also notably the Audain Art Museum in Whistler.
Bob was diagnosed with ALS in July of 2018 and decided to retire from work and dedicate his time to understanding ALS and searching for treatments. He firmly believes that ALS is an underfunded disease and that so much more can be done to improve the lives and provide hope for people with ALS.
