Julie was touched by ALS early in life, having lost her father John at age 3. Despite having only faint memories, Julie has felt his presence throughout her life.

I became involved with the ALS Society of BC in 2018 after loosing my Mum (Linda) to the disease. I witnessed first hand the value of what ALS BC does to help those living with ALS.

Dr. Andrew Eisen is Professor Emeritus at the University of British Columbia, and a Founder of ALSBC (1981), and has served on its Board of Directors for 40 years.
Dr. Charles Krieger

Dr. Krieger is the Professor of Kinesiology at SFU. He is focused on a cure, or effective treatment for ALS. He frequently does neurological testing at the GF Strong ALS Clinic.
